So I did this to do the signature quest and didn't recieve it on turnin. Tried burning the rug anyway and still cant click in? Even mentored down to 40 in case that was it and did rug again still no entrance. Help?

Start this quest by examining a chest in Stormhammer Keep (at -101, 46, -81 ) in Kaladim. This causes The Hammer of Below, an incomplete manuscript to spawn in a random spot within the room with the waterfall. Examining the book starts this collection quest; completing this collection starts a Signature quest.
If you have previously examined any pages from this collection (by acquiring them through other means such as broker), you do not need to examine the chest to be able to obtain the items in the collection.
The items in this collection can all be found by collecting ground-spawn fluttering pages with a ! over them (and often as mob drops or in objects) in the zones listed unless noted differently below in the list of Items in this Collection.
When the collection is complete, you can turn it in to any Collector NPC for your reward and a very nice chunk of experience.
