Talk with Graa in Heiron at New Heiron Gate once you have reached at least Level 40. Description Level 41 Suspicious Shugo Find Roikinerk and investigate who he is. Basic Reward XP †

Quest Notes

There is not really an access quest for Steel Rake, this is just an introduction (sometimes called a Breadcrumb Quest).

Roikinerk appears in three different areas in Heiron: Along the road from the south end of Black Tears Swamp to Patema Ruins, the road through Orton Farm into Medeus Manor East, and the road in the very northwest corner of the zone west of Lepharist Research Center. His route and times appear to be random.

	If, for some reason, you cannot get this quest, despair not! You should be able to go to Outer Dock in Sanctum and talk to Peperinrinerk. Actually, continue to despair - this technique was tried, and peperinrinerk doesn't offer to permit you on the quest. Find Roikinerk.

• It's best to do this task with the Price of Goodwill quest below
• Suspicious Shugo is quite quick - you may not notice that the quest is complete
• Head to Sanctum afterward and take the boat across to the Outer Dock. You can also take the teleport statue.
