Objectives:
  1. Collect 30 Cult Mindlinkers from Risen and Mechanthropes in Castellum Phoenix
  2. Find Castellum Phoenix Scout

Rewards:

The Mechanthrope Medusas and Risen Gnosis' seem to have the best chance to drop the Cult Mindlinkers, although every mob in the zone (including Skeletons) can drop them.

OOC Rather obviously, the name of this quest is a reference to The One Ring from The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.

One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them,
one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
in Mordor where the shadows lie.
