1. Gather 8 of Zaveta's blades in the Allu'thoa village. They look like daggers laying around with a white sparkle effect. Known locations (they do respawn):

• -1066, 92, 913 Copy
• -1062, 92, 956 Copy
• -1064, 93, 965 Copy
• -1106, 91, 967 Copy

2. Return to Zaveta at -1408, 9, 931 Copy to complete the quest
