This quest begins when you loot Malkonis D'Morte's head, which is a loot item included in every master chest dropped by Malkonis D'Morte in Freethinker's Hideout.
The quest indicates that you must find someone within the League of Freethinkers to turn the head in to for a reward.
The person you are looking for is Jamus Cornerlly, who is inside a building in Somborn at -312.44,12.85,-40.74.
Because the League of Freethinkers have a need for secrecy, when you hail him, be sure to choose the dialogue "The Falcon lands at Midnight". This will complete your quest and offer you a choice of four extremely nice fabled rewards.
