Stage 1

I should journey up towards the waterfall and see if I can locate the storm cells Pip Fuzzletwig was asking about. Once they are located, I should prod them to test their wind strength.

Start:	I should search for the storm cells and gauge their wind strength.
Complete:	I have found the storm cells and gauged their wind strength.

I have prodded several storm cells up at the waterfall. Each storm cell reacted with a small gust of wind.

Stage 2

Return to Pip Fuzzletwig near the Ulteran portal and let him know that you have tested the storm cell's wind strength.

Start:	Return to Pip Fuzzletwig and let him know that I have gauged the wind strength of the storm cells.
Complete:	I returned to Pip Fuzzletwig and informed him of the storm cell wind strength.

I made my way up to the waterfall and located the storm cells. After some prodding, I was able to assess the wind strength for Pip Fuzzletwig.

I helped Pip Fuzzletwig by prodding the storm cells until they released a blast of wind.
