You find the builder and animator not too far into the zone.

Most people go to the right from the first large hall. Go left instead and down the hall and the first room has them in it.

Barracks crystals:

First: 128, 136, 47 - behind flower pot north of the east entrance to the room
Second: 177, 136, 26 - west side of the north entrance
Third: 189, 135, 81 - southwest corner of the room, left side of pillar
Fourth: 157, 133, 70 - next to the second water bowl in from the east side

The crystals in the Oratorium are:
a. on the ground behind a planter along the wall.
b. on a step (riser beside step) at the center platform.
c. 2 are on columns close to the center platform at about eye level (to an elf).

The crystals in the Barracks are:
1. 3 are on the floor in corners of the room.
2. the last one is on a step going down into the center close to one of the water pots.

2nd part of quest, the npc will ask u to get order from builder, animator and place 4 crystals to barrack and another 4 to oratorium respectively.

This quest is initiated by talking to Emissary Kvikz at the entrance of Sanctum of the Scaleborn. Kvikz, while an Emissary of Freeport, is working with a Qeynosian Green Hood by the name of Thorn to find out information about this place and the dragons. Kvikz gives you 4 "Inactive Listening Crystals", and ask you to perform the following six tasks.

- Kill Portal Guard Graliz, 15,155,-72
- Place the first crystal in the Ready Room
- Place the second crystal in the Ready Room
- Place the third crystal in the Ready Room
- Place the fourth crystal in the Ready Room

Return to Kvikz who will then send you to get:

Eliminate a builder of silent sentinels ( a Sentinel Builder),
Eliminate a animator of silent sentinels ( Sslan'yiz the Animator)
and place 4 crystals in the Scaleborn Barracks.
and another 4 in the Oratorium.

The crystals in the Scaleborn Barracks are:

3 are on the floor in corners of the room.
4th is on a step going down into the center close to one of the water pots.

The crystals in the Oratorium are:

on a step (riser beside step) at the center platform (on the right of the western side facing east).
2 are on columns close to the center platform at about eye level

Kvikz, an Emissary of Freeport, has convinced me to help her complete her mission of gathering information in regards to the Sanctum of the Scaleborn. Apparently she is cooperating with a Qeynosian Green Hood by the name of Thorn to find out all they can about the greater threat this place and the dragons hold for Norrath.

Stage 1

There are a number of assignments that Kvikz wants me to initially perform. These shouldn't take me too deep into the Sanctum.

Start:	I need to eliminate Portal Guard Graliz in the Mouth of the Sanctum.
Complete:	I eliminated Portal Guard Graliz.

Start:	I need to place the first crystal in the Ready Room.
Complete:	I placed the first crystal.

Start:	I need to place the second crystal in the Ready Room.
Complete:	I placed the second crystal.

Start:	I need to place the third crystal in the Ready Room.
Complete:	I placed the third crystal.

Start:	I need to place the fourth crystal in the Ready Room.
Complete:	I placed the fourth crystal.

Start:	I need to find written orders on one of the Scaleborn warriors in the Ready Room.
Complete:	I found a page of orders on one of the Scaleborn warriors

I was able to complete the initial assignment for Kvikz.

Stage 2

I should return to Kvikz with the recovered orders now that the assignments are complete.

Start:	I should return the orders to Kvikz.
Complete:	I spoke to Kvikz.

I returned to Kvikz with the orders.

Stage 3

I need to slow down the creation of silent sentinels and replace the crystals in the Oratorium and the Barracks.

Start:	I need to eliminate a builder of silent sentinels to slow down their production.
Complete:	I eliminated a builder.

Start:	I need to eliminate an animator of silent sentinels to slow down their production.
Complete:	I eliminated an animator.

Start:	I need to recover and replace the first crystal in the Oratorium.
Complete:	I recovered the first Oratorium crystal.

Start:	I need to recover and replace the second crystal in the Oratorium.
Complete:	I recovered the second Oratorium crystal.

Start:	I need to recover and replace the third crystal in the Oratorium.

Complete:	I gave the listening crystals to Kvikz.

I spoke to Kvikz, she said for me to return later once she has deciphered the listening crystals.

I was able to complete the assignments Emissary Kvikz gave me. She said I should check back with her later after she is done deciphering the listening crystals that I recovered.
