To get there you can drop over the edge near the Cloud Pad, it is located on a ledge. To get back follow the path to the right as you exit the dungeon

Fly to the Isle of Discord.
Collect the glowing bones in front of the entrance to Ascent of the Awakened at -181, -166, -284

This is below the level of the landing pad. You will need to climb or jump down to the entrance. To get back up, you will have to go around the island clockwise and fight or sneak past all the Blacktalons.

Return to Clarissa Cloudpuff on the Isle of Desolation.

After talking to Clarissa she explained to me that her brother has been acting very strange ever since he went to the Isle of Discord. She thinks something there altered his behavior.

Stage 1

I should look around Isle of Discord and find out what happened.

Start:	Search for clues about what happened to Criggle.
Complete:	I have found a pile of glowing bones.

I have found some strange bones to show Clarissa.

Stage 2

Clarissa said I could meet her on the Isle of Desolation where we spoke before.

Start:	I should return the bones to Clarissa.
Complete:	I have given the bones to Clarissa.

I have given the bones to Clarissa.

Clarissa explained that she thought her brother may have stolen her journal, and that it was Criggle who lost the journal on the Isle of Discord, not her. I returned to the isle to search for further clues, and found a pile of strange bones which I brought back to Clarissa. She said it may help her figure out what has happened.
