Speak with Commander Vor'ork in Gorowyn.

To continue solo questing, speak to Chullyk Mi'xin at Faydedar Watch in Gorowyn. This will give you a quest leading to the Butcherblock Mountains.

But before you go, go back to Gorowyn Beach Outpost and speak to Scout Chillekla for a series of level 20 quests that will also culminate in a quest to go to Butcherblock Mountains.
