Kill 13 frostbite shadowbeasts, found in the areas directly northeast and southeast of Snowfang Isle -OR- kill 13 frostdeath dervishes -1215,-510,1607 , found on the iceflows on the far side of the Tower of Frozen Shadow.
Return to Bitter to complete the quest
