Gh'lad Tydingz Gigglegibber (click for all locations) asks you to find items by killing level-appropriate mobs in various zones, dependent upon the city you pick up the quest in.

This quest is repeatable up to 10 times per tier per year. You'll get a Frostfell tree the first time through each year, and a selection of items on repeats.

This quest's level scales with the level (or mentored level) of your character. Each tier will require you to obtain 10 updates from two different types of mobs. Note that this quest will change in difficulty and target location depending upon your level. The rewards for the quest remain the same.

• Players level 1-12 are given the level 5 quest.
• Players level 13-22 are given the level 15 quest.
• Players level 23-32 are given the level 25 quest.
• Players level 33-42 are given the level 35 quest.
• Players level 43-52 are given the level 45 quest.
• Players level 53-62 are given the level 55 quest.
• Players level 63-72 are given the level 65 quest.
• Players level 73-82 are given the level 75 quest.
• Players level 83-92 are given the level 85 quest.
• Players level 93+ are given the level 95 quest.

IN 2013 the Festive Gigglegibber Tapestry was removed as a reward and put on merchants.
