There is a Ship's Wheel Teleporter here that will take you back to the ground (just outside the northwest side of Gunthak's Shanty) so there MUST be another wheel somewhere inside the Shanty that takes you up, but the only one I have found is in the building with Mate Thugurg but that one is not clickable!

So, unless you can fly down from the Overlook Balloon Pad (as I did) I cannot find another way up to this update for Bogstrutter's Field Guide to the Moors of Ykesha.
