Although few formal fortifications exist in Eataine, each manor is a garrison in itself. Every peasant and noble is trained in the art of war and ready to defend every last foot of the road to Lothern. Rather than try to bypass these garrisons, the Dark Elves revel in the hinderance, for if this march is their final push to Lothern, then they will savor the destruction of every false lord along the way.
