Bring Your Friends to Heroes of the Storm

Blizzard is introducing two new ways to gain access to the Heroes Technical Alpha.

If you're one of the many Blizzard fans lining up for access to Heroes of the Storm–or if you're already playing and want your friends to join in on the action–you may be in luck. Heroes Community Manager, Vaeflare, posted that in addition to access granted from Blizzard, the team will be introducing two new ways to gain access to the game's Technical Alpha.

The first way is pretty simple. If you do not currently have access to the Heroes of the Storm Tech Alpha, you can head over to the official Heroes Facebook page and fill out the "Bring Your Friends to the Brawl" application. 4,000 applicants will be chosen at random to be given access to the Heroes Technical Alpha and join the fray.

If you already have access to the game and want your friends to join, you can earn a chance to bring them in–with some additional effort involved for some. Any players currently playing who manage to reach account level 20 before November 18, 2014, will be entered into a random drawing to be granted the ability to invite all of their Battle Tag and Real ID friends into the game. Thousands of players will be eligible to win, so if you think you have what it takes then you may want to jump on this opportunity.

It's important to note that any Battle Tag or Real ID friends who were not on your friends list before October 16th, will not be eligible for an invite.

"This thrilling promotion will offer new and existing players ways to join us in testing Heroes of the Storm. Having friends able to play together will also help us test and refine our upcoming social features and modes.

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone in the Nexus! So play hard, play fair and get that Player Level 20 milestone, or cheer on your nearest friend."
