Is the bonus starterpack giveaway procurable?

The keys still work apparently. According to some posts, this offer isn't available anymore. I didn't know there was a comment section because I'm new to this website and that I was excited to get a free mount. I entered the code multiple times, I used the copy and paste method, and it didn't work. I made another ZAM account to get another code, (maybe shouldn't have done that, sorry) copy and pasted it and then I got a message saying something like, "This account already has this thing". I logged into the game but I didn't get the starter pack. After twenty-four hours, I got a quest item that's about going to H something farm to receive a mount. I went there to do the quest, and after completing the quest, I still saw that I needed to be a subscriber in order to have a mount, so I sold some items. Then shortly after, I got a message saying I've acquired the riding skill and the rest of the starter pack. I also bought two horses because I thought I didn't get a horse but the pack also comes with the Chestnut, I bought two horses because I thought I didn't get it and that the portrait got red outlines and that it was some kind of glitch but nope, it's just me being an idiot.

So for the people who entered your key code in and didn't got an invalid message, it's probably just some issues with Turbine. Another possible thing is issue is that there's a time delay.

For future players who are wanting to get this starter pack, maybe just enter the code in manually, watch for mistakes, this method could possibly give a better result according to another post. If it still doesn't work, make another account, get another code, enter the code and see if you get a different message like "This account already has this" kind of message.

I have tried several times, with two accounts on Zam to no avail.. when i enter in the key, (Pasted and typed to make sure its correct) it just removes the box and i dont get anything saying invalid or accepted.. just nothing.. so frustrated..
