So my friend had a character on Shiva years ago and will soon be reactivating to play.. I would like to create on on Shiva as well, however when I create Shiva isn't an option to choose for a new character..?
Anyone know what's going on?

They will merge a lot of servers on the may version update, so for the time being there is a lot of servers(including Shiva) where you cannot create new characters.

for what is concerning us, all of the alexander server players are gonna be transfered into shiva.
