The guy who bought it either gave the charm back for the little money he payed, or gave the seller the difference of the bid, but I forget which one lol, either way the buyer was nice about it and was honest hehe, is what i'm hearing about it now.

OHHH this brings up a very interesting question. I know that Squenix would never make that person return the item. Should they have to ? Everytime I bid I ALWAYS start out with bids very low (as low as 1 gil sometimes). When I sell something I always check my sales status page to make sure I didnt mess up. I would have to say that if this guy messed up and sold the item way cheap... its because he didnt pay attention to what he was doing... and why should the other guy have to pay because of that ? There are multiple safeties and other things that can be done to make sure you dont sell some item worth a bundle for a little by accident. Good on him I say. I don't think that he should have to be nice in this case. It is totally 100% the sellers fault and next time he will be sure and check his sales more carefully. How many of you dont check your sales after you put them up, especially a very expensive one ?
What I would like to see is a way to stop a bid on which you accidentally bid too much. The other day I was bidding on some lightning crystals and I accidentally pushed over too far and blampo hit 10k for a stack. I tried pounding escape escape escape but alas no luck. I never received 9k gil in my delivery box nor did I expect it... my own stupid fault ^^

I would have to agree with Monkey. If he took the time to bid that low on the item, and he won it then why should he feel bad for the seller? If I got a pair of leaping boots, for example, for 35k instead of 350k I would be very happy and lucky. I wouldn't even consider selling them back to the buyer or giving him extra money. Sometimes there are lazy people who put stuff up for 1 gil bc most of the time the buyers start at the lowest price on the history, or a little below it. This is why you should always double check your sell status, and take your time while bidding on items. (not only to get them cheaper, but to prevent from over bidding like monkey did)

Just giving a quick post, Zephyrus is a purchased account. Beware partying with him, very unexperienced. I doubt his/her funds are any different in how he acquires his/her gil.

even if it is a purchased account (whether the player behind the accoutn is new or not) that doesnt hmean he is inexperienced... perhaps its not his first account? or perhaps he didnt actually buy the account? I am not supporting the use of rl money for in game items or material... but saying he is inexperienced may or may not be accurate... have you partied with him tropics? Maybe if he did buy it then he is a returning player perhaps?

Here is my opinion on this subject, I say congratulations, you just won the lottery pretty much. I myself get bored sometimes waiting for parties in Jeuno, so I will sit there and under bid all the items over 100k, just hoping to find that one that someone was just to careless to pay attention too, or even better catch one of those idiots who will sell an expensive item to themselves for 1gil just so everyone knows that they have one of them.

I must agree if you wish to return the item or pay the difference then kudos to you. You are probably a better person than I am. If it happened to me whether or not I returned it would probably depend on the mood I was in that day, plus if the person asked nicely or demanded I so it. If the person demanded I do it I would keep it just to spite them.
