I don't know what item you're reffering to, but I see that you have RDM57.
You could grab two friends that have WAR, DRG or RNG at 40 and do the BCNM Royal Jelly, I've had pretty good luck on drops in that BC and it's really easy to beat.

Another way to make some gil, although prices hace dropped alot lately. Take all your level 1 jobs, take them to 10 and sell the items you got. I used to do that in South Gusty, kill bees and bats...sell the bat wings and bee hive chips.
Like Furion said, BCNMs are a good way to make some gil. I had alot of luck on Steamed Sprouts, it's a 6 person, level 40 BCNM, and drops Ni and if i remember right the Survival Belt. I would suggest only doing BCNMs with people from your linkshell, so you don't get boned out of gil.
