Need help creating a mature yet enjoyable LSFollow

I'm currently on hiatus from the game at the moment until Sept/8th but I would like to have some input and possibly some assistance in getting my never used LS (LunosDraconiiOrder) off the ground. Currently it is being used as a quiet place for me to contemplate hehe. Anyways the reason I'm bringing this up is because the last two really good LS's that I had went kaput and after I found out that the last one I was given has now fallen apart (it had about 55-60 members ; ;)I'm back at square one.

I wouldn't mind joining another LS, but every single one that I have been on goes out because of some pathetic drama or other that I desperately try to avoid. So I need to work on getting my own LS off the ground. Pretty much I didn't have a lot of confidence in my own LS because I don't have enough time to devote to creating an LS page which could give it more depth, not to mention I'm not in the Elite catagory yet (highest is 39 <.<;), but I do believe I could devote what intermediate experience I have to help others as well as a few Elite "Mentors" to assist any members that require information beyond my knowledge.

I only want to make sure that if I'm able to get my LS off the ground that

-All LS members will understand they need to respect each other and its just a game

-Drama will not be tolerated, it's ok to rant about something (bad parties,death,evil AI), but when people start arguing with each other on the LS or mistreating each other because of a disagreement... *Flushing sound*

-LS will only have 1 main lead, and only 1-2 sackholders max. Member recruitment must be voted on. If no LS leaders on then sadly it is tough luck.
