Since I changed nations again I want to work on my last nation Rank > 10
Xp my Rdm (and hopefully get at least to 60 (if not higher ~ 65 would be a nice clean number to start next week out with but ... meh I like xp and not sure how well that'll fit in with the new rank achieving issue.)

You gotta get your promys and more done if you want to wear that red armour in your KI signature :P (I got my red pants just a few days ago :P I do admit it may not be too useful, hell I feel leveling Red Mage now just for that @_@)

If I am online, you can bug me for help for Promys. CoP is really rewarding if you can get that far. As level 40, you need to do both level up and missions. Even you get access to Safehold if you beat Promys, and you can farm subligars right after that. The king of CoP item rewards do not start until you get to Chapter 8 when you can start doing Limbus. A lot of my best gear came from the CoP expansion instead of Rise of Zilart (I do admit I made a ton of gil from RoZ content).
Sea Gods is still a very insider thing (at least on Cerberus). Only very few groups actively farm sea gods to an advanced stage (i.e. to be able to pop Jailer of Love).

I plan on waiting till at least level 45 before I do the mission for it. And I'm probably gonna take some time off to level WAR, THF, NIN and DRG for a bit. Plus I gotta start saving up for HQ staves and a vermy cloak. @.@;

It is going to be hard to afford all HQ staff as your first time around 75. I think for Red Mage HQ Wind, Ice, and Earth are the best (I am not a Red Mage \o/, but that is the element for Gravity/Silence (Wind), Paralyze (Ice), Slow (Earth)).
I used to have full HQ set, but I sold some to afford new Bard gear and Ninja.
