Personally I go by this old post by Karg, he made some really useful charts ^^

Also I have been going by this little guide by Archain (probably more tailored towards Thieves):
Quote:
000-060 = Korolokka Tunnel
Land Worms. I usually use this area as a solo levelling spot when a character has a ranged attack and hits level 15. A character can use ranged attacks against the worms and take himself to around 24 pretty easily while alone.
000-085 = Quifim Island
Land Worms, Clippers, Giants, Acrophies. You can get into the low 90's if you concentrate on Acrophies and some of the higher level creatures in the zone, but you could probably move to the next zone.
060-100 = Sauromugue Champaigne, Rollanberry Fields
Evil Weapons (36-38), Tabar Beak (34-37).
100-140 = Garliage Citadel
Chamber Beetles. Slow attacks, easily evaded, and weak hitters.
100-140 = Quicksand Caves
Sand Eater (51-59). I use these for X-Bow levelling speciafically, these are chain sleepable and fixed in position. These are pretty good skillups as well. You can normally head in there and do the same thing you've been doing to every other worm on these. If it gets too hot for you, you have the option of moving away. I chain slept these and drained health back after Stonega II. They should also take you to somewhere in the 140 range in terms of weaponskill.
140-180 = Kuftal Tunnel, Boyahda Tree
Robber Crabs (60-63), Bark Spiders (60-63). 180 cap is usual if levelling an "E" rated skill, "C" rated skills will get closer to 200 here.
180-210 = Beadeaux, Castle Oztroja, Davoi Monastic Caverns
Coffer level enemies.
180-230 = Ru'Ann Gardens
Flamingos (69-72). Can be heavily evaded, area isn't too crowded, and skillups are pretty good.
200-270+ = Boyahda Tree
Steelshells (73-76), Elder Goobbues (74-77). These will take "A+" skills into the upper 270s, "E" skills will hit 200 on these at 75.
