All comments will be great help. TY.

You can check out my spec if you'd like. Now that I think about it, I really should move the 2 points from Totemic Reach to Ancestral Swiftness. Instant Cast Ghost Wolf is awesome. I'll take care of that tonight.

Jornam I was wondering, do you find Ancestral Resolve to be worth it as opposed to Reverberation? I do not yet have fulmination, so have been wondering if the reduction in Shock cooldown is even necessary?

Fulmination usually takes longer than the 6 second cool down to stack, so I haven't run into a problem not having Reverberation. With Glyphed FS, you have an extremely long time to maximize your Lava Burst damage without having to worry about cross Shock cool downs. I would really recommend picking up Fulmination when you can as once I get my 9 LS stacks, I've had Fulm crits over 40k easily.

I found Ancestral Resolve to be more helpful with ****/TARD damage as I always try to be casting 100% of the time.

Now, this may change slightly once 4.1 hits with the change to Fire Nova. That 1 sec reduction means I'll be able to get FS out on targets quicker to maximize the Fire Nova stacking damage. I'll want as many targets as I can hit with FS when I Fire Nova.

It will be very helpful on trash pulls now that I won't have to run into the middle of the mobs to drop Magma Totem for Fire Nova to be effective.

Oh I will grab it once I hit high enough level to have it, but I am still in the baby levels... Ok probably more like young adult now. I am level 45, so I am working on it.

My current spec, for reference:

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/garona/aerotika/talent/primary

I've no time to raid, so I'd likely swap Glyph of Chain Lightning for something else. However, it's a gas on AoE trash pulls, proccing a 2nd bolt, and seeing 7 lines of Rolling Thunder, not to mention fast stacking of charges. Mana is so not an issue.

Elemental Devastation is totally an enhancement talent, so it's an easy fix to slide those 2 pts into Call of Flame.

Totemic Reach, Ancestral Swiftness, Earth's Grasp, Ancestral Resolve (resto), and I suppose Elemental Warding are all optional and useful based on your own needs ... be it pvp, raiding, or whatnot.

Azara's right on about your Talents.

Don't forget to enchant everything you can. You should be able to find some lower level enchants on the AH for a reasonable price.

For Reputation, Earthen Ring is usually a good place to start due to the amount of caster gear available for Shamans. Rustle put together a nice list for Rep Gear, breaking down what you should grind for what gear.

If you really want to start looking closely at your gear and determine what you should do for Gems, Enchants, Reforges, etc. I've found Ask Mr Robot to be helpful. It starts you in the right direction. For absolute max, then head over to Elitist Jerks - Shaman Forum.

As far as Glyphs go, Primes should be Lava Burst, Lightning Bolt and Flame Shock.

Majors should be Lightning Shield (also works when you use Fulmination so it will only drop you down to 3 charges), Fire Nova is nice for packs when you have a Magma Totem out, and the last can usually be a personal choice. I took Healing Stream as that's what I normally drop as a Water Totem, and adding 195 resist to Nature, Fire and Frost can help the healer quite a bit.

Minors can also be a personal choice, but I do like Renew Life (no Ankh required) and Thunderstorm. I've never really liked pushback effects as it always seemed to launch the mobs into another group.
