Just one note then--please realize that just working down a PvP tree that's considered "best" at cap doesn't mean it'll even be good at your level.
Example:
Okay, say you are going to go Mut at endgame. And you are currently level 30. Well, you have a pretty massive problem in the fact that you don't have any of your tree defining abilities.
You'll lack:
Mutilate
Envenom
Wound Poison
And you'll need to have Crippling Poison on at least one weapon, which means you are down one poison slot.
But glance at the Sub tree. Speccing into it at a low level gains you some VERY useful PvP talents. Master of Deception, Elusiveness, Dirty Tricks, Camouflage. All very useful for BGs.
I don't know which level you should switch to your endgame Mut spec (You can get Mut at 50 and Envenom at 62).
Basically were I leveling right now, I would go sub to 49, then at 50 I would switch to mutilate.
My first two points would be in Imp SS, then I would respec at 30 to get Hemo and drop the two points in Imp SS. Then at 50 I would respec and drop Sub altogether and get mutilate.
Basically, builds at level cap are completely different than what you'll be taking when leveling as a DPS class; as a hybrid class, you're going to be taking a lot of the same points, as there's not as much diversity in the good talents.
