Need some help here (totc 10/25 hc) :: EverQuest II

My armory is in my sig.
But I would need some assistance on talents actually.

On the 10man heroic I am stuck at anub and on 25, can't really do that much dps as I thought..
Do you have some advice on gemming?
Should I keep FFb spec as secondary for anub and Faction Champions?

I really need all the help I can get..

you should be doing 5-6k dmg on 10HC and 7-8k on 25HC. (all dps-sers needs to be doing that to make the kill) We kill 10-man HC Anub with only 2 healers and a Heroism rdy for phase 3.

Well actually I do about 6k dps on 10 man (a lot more on Val'Kyrs, specced for IA right now)
But still...gear comes but I don't see a lot of improvement.
Will things be better with a pure fire?or ffb? instead of arcane?

our gear is a bit similar though.
on anub you keep arcane?

Well, you got enuf Hitrate to try Fire (FFB not an option these days, ur to well geared)

I use arcane on all bosses, but some guru's on this forum choose Fire-spec on Onyxia to use living bomb on whelps (wich is a very nice view if they start exploding ^^)

And tbh, Anub is and stays a Bi@tch!!! If one person dies on 10-man, u might as well whipe it, cuz u need everybody to stay alive.

I personally love Blizzard for making at least a good challenge on some bosses, since lately it's been a walk through the park...

Yeah actually is the first boss that I am having a hard time to kill..
Last week I had about 30 wipes before we gave up :( (I am still retarded..I know..can't kill him)

I am gonna try a deep fire specc for tonights normal raid and see how it's going.
It's not the same but still..

As far as I know FFB is still the standard spec for Heroic Anub, at least in 25man because of the heavy AoE requirement...

Hmmm....
I will have to get back here and tell you my thoughts after I try it myself then..
I'm gonna try ffb and fire on 10/25 normal...
I will let you guys and girls know.

10 man normal, 10 man heroic, and 25 man normal stay arcane. FFB on 25 heroic due to living bombs on 5 mobs at a time and then using blizzard. 10 normal/heroic and 25 normal should be single target burns and at least one of the two burrowers shouldn't live long enough for your living bomb to tick off.
