Favorite battleground/instance + reason:
AB, for the same reason that digitalcraft gave. It's a nice, solid skirmish without feeling overstuffed. As for instances, it's gotta be Stratholme, for reasons of lore. I started playing WoW without having played any previous Warcraft game. It wasn't until well into my WoW career that I found a cheap copy of WC3 and played through it - and suddenly everything seemed to take on a new meaning. I could now recognise names like Andorhal, I understood the presence of meat wagons in the blood elf Ghostlands and the history of the Plaguelands became all the more poignant, regardless of having read the quest texts already, in the past.
Most memorable moment in PVE and PVP:
For PvE it was probably the creation of my dwarf hunter. I'd played with a few characters before then and had fun leveling up to around the 20's but he was the first character where I felt that click of everything feeling right. Like he was meant to be. For PvP I'd say it's a WSG session with my girlfriend. She got into battlegrounds to see what they were like and was discouraged by her inexperience for the first few rounds and was sure she'd be terrible at it. A couple of hours later, she's pulling off three flag caps amidst Hell, with me following behind to heal her. It was epic to see her so excited.
Favourite game / console / genre besides WoW?:
I haven't moved onto any other consoles after the PS2. I just don't think I have the time for all I like to do in life + WoW and + another gaming console to play for hours on end again. In terms of absolute retro favourites, I'd have to say that the Super Nintendo or the Nintendo 64 have been my favourite consoles so far. I mostly try to go for RPGs because they tend to have to widest spectrum of interesting content. FPS are awesome too but there are only a small handful of titles in that genre from all time that stick in my head. I have started playing
X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse again on the PS2 and it's reminded me of what a great game that is
Any other random information you would like to give can be added:
