So I reincarnated my baby shammy after letting him languish for, well... lets just say I'd barely touched him since he took the boat to Menethil from Auberdine.
Anyway I'm committed to seeing him through to 80. I've been leveling him as Elemental, and plan to dual-spec resto. However I'm full of questions. I know hardly anything about gearing, glyphs, specs, etc. I'm poking around right now, but if anyone has some killer advice, I'm all ears!

Read the stickies.
Also. Gearing, Int, Crit, Spell Power. Glyphs, Lightning Bolt, Water Shield, TS when you get high enough...glyphs are kind of a 'glyph for what you need' kinda thing. Notice what spells you use the most, etc. Elemental leveling specs, I have none in there because most everyone levels Enh to at least 58. Maybe something like this, though a different glyph. I just like the WS one for the extra regen.

Ya, I had come across less information about leveling the elemental spec, figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. My bro when enhancement, and so I had little to lean on when trying to do elemental. I'll probably be adding that Water Mastery glyph when my next slot opens up. I could use a little more mana regen (of course remembering to keep the shield up also helps... :p).

Just get to playing your Shaman, and like anything else, you'll figure out what to do and how to do it along the way better than anyone else could ever explain to you.
Just have fun with it :)
