Ok. I'm not new to this silly game however my friend is... a bit of a slow learner and has slowly (Very slowly) fumbled his way to lvl 71 as a DK and well... it's painful to watch him play. It really is. So I'm looking for the tools to help him get better.
First off He likes playing as a frosty so I'm looking for a frost lvling build that is viable and will help him crank out some simple, solid dps. I'd that is TOO much to ask I can aim him else where but to prevent a long stupid discussion I'd like to stay in his comfort zone of frost.
Secondly I'd like to get a rotation that should work on any stand still fight that i can tape to the friggin'
computer lol.
Lastly a gear priority for him. Something that he can look to when he gets to look at quest rewards and/or instance drops.
I know it's a lot and I'm sure (after I typed this I thought of it) that it's in the DK 101 or FAQ but if you can give me a brief guide right quick I'd love to hear from you.

Glyphs Minor: Glyph of Raise Dead, Glyph of Horn Of Winter, Glyph of Pestilence.
Rotation Single Target: Icy Touchïƒ Plague Strikeïƒ Obliterateïƒ Blood Strikeïƒ Blood Strike. Frost Strike is your main runic power dump, use it in lieu of death coil. Also, watch for rime procs off of your obliterates, when that procs you get a free howling blast.
Rotation Multi Target: Death and Decayïƒ Icy Touchïƒ Plague Strikeïƒ Pestilenceïƒ Howling Blastïƒ Blood Boil with frost strikes mixed in when runic power is available.
