For your starter PVP set, finish off the Frostsavage set, grab a Cloak of Crimson Snow, a Sky Sapphire Necklace, and a couple of Runed Mana Bands. All are craftable and none have PITA mats. Now you've got resilience on all your gear, which IMO is The Big Thing for a priest until you get to 900-1000. If you're really good at PVP, that may be different for you.
Start running Wintergrasp every time until you get your trinkets, and battlegrounds for honor. You've got to run them all since turning in marks is way more efficient than the honor you get from the bg's themselves, unless you have premades. If you do have premades, run AV and nothing else until you're running AV in your dreams.
For honor gear, I'd buy four set pieces first for the bonuses, then fill in the rest. I went Mooncloth for my first four because mana tends to be an issue for what I do. Other people - particularly RMP arena people who have really short matches - seem to like Satin instead.
I'd recommend gemming for resilience (straight resil, spellpower-resil, and spell pen/stam-resil), again, until you get between 900 and a thousand. This does impact your ability to mix your PVP gear in with your PVE set but you're a druid, you're more than used to maintaining several sets of gear.
Finally, if you enjoy arena, you can buy all that honor gear a lot faster with the arena points + honor combo, even if you never win a single match. Not that I'm saying you won't win. Just that it would be okay if you didn't.
