I just hopped on my priest and my mana regen is horrible. He has been vacant since vanilla and I realize I don't have this spell and I can't seem to find it anywhere! Anyone know where to go?

You get it from the trainer at level 80.

If your sig is correct, you don't have it yet.

However, you should have shadowfiend, or will have it soon. Also, if you are shadow, dispersion is worthy to get for extra mana regen.

Also don't skimp on spirit. Beyond that, there's not much else to say, sadly. Mana regen from spirit got nerfed a while back, so don't go without water...

If your regen is so low, don't hold your breath for hymn of hope. It really doesn't help you very much as it only gives 12% mana back every six minutes.
