I think I would prefer purple myself, if only to differentiate myself from those cracked out Illidan types.

I vote for PINK fire for female gnomes, along with a fel/dread-pony

Actually, a darker "fire" would be cool. Not straight black, but with black/purple/dark tones to be more fitting for a warlock. Something that suggests an inky, evil substance; something that emanates from shadow. Though this might be more difficult to see in some instances.

Yes, female gnome locks should have a quest to obtain and ride an Apocalypse Pony.

New fire skins per race would be nice. I too would prefer purple-ish flames.

Would be also nice to make more use of "evil" symbols/circles for spells. We're supposed to have powers over demons, right? Give us more demonic looking spell casting.

The mention of mounts though, I wish our Dreadsteed was similar to the Headless Horseman horse, where it's a land or flying mount. If not that, at least give us a new quest to obtain a lock only flying mount.

Yes, is it just me, or at one point during a recent patch (I believe it was 3.0.8) I noticed our Rain of Fire spell started producing a circle on the ground representing the AoE with runic (demonic?) symbols. It looked similar to a DK's Death and Decay. I thought it was a really cool addition, but I currently don't see that anymore when I cast RoF.

When about to cast our RoF, we've always had that circle. All it shows is the area of which will be effected by RoF. I wish when casting things, like RoF, maybe a casting circle with demonic ruins/symbols appeared around the caster.

No, I didn't mean the green circle that shows where your RoF is going; I meant that while casting it they had a red circle with runic symbols on the ground, as well as better-looking fireballs. For some reason, it didn't last.

@ CountFenris, you can still enable that option somewhere in the interface options. Although I don't recall where. I can't even log in to check, but I know for sure it's somewhere in there. It enables a ground pattern for all AoE types.
