Quote:
Misdirection: Redesigned. Instead of having finite charges, it now begins a 4-second timer when the hunter using Misdirection performs a threat-generating attack, during which all threat generated by the hunter goes to the friendly target. In addition, multiple hunters can now misdirect threat to the same friendly target simultaneously.

It's better, I guess.

Edit:

Oh, did I say it was worse or something? No, so **** you.

Why do rogues still have a better version of our special ability?

Well, at least your not wasting charges on your autoshots.

And there's also the fact that the tick off your explosion shot won’t be slapped onto your own aggro now.... I hope, one certainly learns that little lesson fast ^^

Cuz they don't have a taunt ability to use with it? Smiley: wink

Distracting Shot doesn't worth with Misdirection, as many a noobish hunter has accidentally discovered.

Distracting shot is also not a full taunt.
It does nothing vs bosses.

I told my hunters long ago to not use Distracting, Explosive or Arcane shot for MD.

Steady is the way to go as far as I know.

Arcane should not be a problem for non-SV Hunters, though, so far as I know. Or has something changed drastically in the last couple of patches?

I know as BM I would do Steady (with an auto in the middle) and a really quick Arcane. I guess with a faster speed there might be two autos during the steady instead of one?
