Umm, according to my logs I beat you out in the last 3% to hit just under 5k.

Which unfortunately, the first time pre-wipe I was over 6k. Just shows how much a bit of pre-planning and being able to use MI on whelps can make (I had to use it pre-phase2 on the 2nd pull because some whelps broke out :-()

That being said, good job. I need to find out how best to keep my dps up on her with her flying around and switching between the whelps and her. I found that I do (of course) a hell of a lot more dps dotting up all of the whelps before they merge them in the middle (which I did the first pull) the second pull I dotted them up after (and most of them died before the explosion).

Damn Filter... didn't you just hit 80 a week or two ago? My mage has been 80 since the end of March (minus a two month break I took over summer) and I'm just getting to the point where I'm getting 4.5k dps on a regular basis.

Always fun! I finally dusted off mage, and with the help of a lucky VoA25 (T9.something gloves) and T8.5 body I now out DPS -everyone- I group with. In ToC10 I do 5.5k or so, 8k on Jaraxxus... on Ony I was doing 6.5k (but it counts stupid AoE phase so that is distorted)

I wish I could raid with Anobix D:

7728dps with 3.859 million damage #1 (yee)


#2 sat at 3.4 million was #2.






and memnok bringing us up with 2.7 million :-p at #7 although he did do 7445 dps

1) had ample time to respec from arcane

2) thank you fireward! (lol saved my *** with 150hp). And I didn't do 1.5 million more damage during the last 35%! although a decent amount :-)

On a plus note, I was pushing over 5k in FFB in ToC heroic after you left.

Had to get my target swapping down.

Still hate you all for making me scorch, ******* roll a 12, wtf was that?

Pfff, Anobix is such a scrub ;)

For once, I can actually be proud of my guild's DPS though - our highest mage is usually around the same amounts. Not on Onyxia (our first kill on her took us 15 minutes and it's more of a funraid), but still.

Yall should just get a room and work that **** out. O.O;
