OK, so I've been out for.... too long and I need to get some gear so that my lonly druid can get back into raids. my armory is in my sig and should (read, should) be in bear or kitty gear with bear spec.

I've tried to go PvP heals but I suck.

That is all there is I can't keep myself alive to keep anyone else alive to get any real honor.

So that leaves me looking for a new spec. I'd rather not go boomkin since I have a feral heart (I really do lol) boomkin just doesn't feel right. So are there any good PvP feral builds? If I must then I will go Boom for my offspec till I get my feral gear so that I can get back into the raiding game.

Run ToC, reg and heroic.

Get geared.

I use my 2nd spec for PvP and it works fine. Imp Mangle over SA would be better as you Mangle more in PvP. BI is important. NI is helpful for making instant heals better but I usually CC with instants.

Not really the end all, but you can pickup quite a few upgrades there if you have a chance. It's generally quicker then running the older heriocs since you get all epic ilvl 200s on normal (which you can run several times in 1 day!) and ilvl 219s on herioc. Not a bad idea to farm it until you get all the drops you can from in there.

I put together a reasonable set of gear for my bear off-spec which, not counting the staff (there's a nice one in H VH if I remember right) and the pants, is made entirely of crafted and 5-man pieces + badge gear. It's not a great set, but it's been good enough to MT Naxx-10 and the first half of Ulduar-10.

I couldn't tell you about feral PvP though... I'm a PvE kinda guy, and really, I'm a healer at heart. :-)

Edit:

Now that I found them:

Staff
Pants

Do the Tourney dailies for cool stuff as well. Like this, and this or this.

I logged in PvP gear. Was gemming resil at first but have been switching over to agility as I get new pieces. I am using some agi/stam gems as well. The orange gem on the shoulder should change to a pure agi gem as well but I am lazy.

Should be getting the WG pants tomorrow. They will get an epic Shifting gem in the blue slot and an epic agi gem for the red. With the DPS leg patch.

Just to give am idea.

On all my alts now, I craft all the good crafted gear, then run regular ToC until I have everything. From that point there may be 1-2 items in other heroics that are still upgrades and a few in Heroic ToC. Then I just do the daily everyday to get badges. T8.25 Head & Chest are reasonably cheap to get (58 conquest badges) as are the T9 gloves & shoulders (30 Triumph = 15 dailies). Depending on your class, after a few heroic ToC upgrades, you can go straight into 10man TotC and then the triumph badges roll in!
