To be honest, and I'm speaking from personal experience (and I AM a scribe, to boot)... I've assembled two nobles decks, one to use and a second I sold. It was much faster selling herbs on the AH for gold, and then buying the cards individually when the price seemed reasonable (or sell more herbs and buy it when it wasn't reasonable). It was a good 2-3 thousand gold cheaper putting the deck together by buying the individual cards, and the chances of getting a nobles card (and later, the nobles card you need) is so low, that you end up wasting tons and tons of mats, which you could have sold. Yes, even being able to make the cards myself, it was a better use of my time to sell herbs and buy other people's cards.
Basically farm gold, and buy it.
