I've stumbled upon something of a glitch with the wowhead gear rank lists that nightcrowler often links for us in the original post of the FeralbyNight thread when new tiers of content are released.
The link edited in to the original post for this newest tier, when you click on rings, it does not show Loop of the Agile:
http://www.wowhead.com/?items=4&filter=minle=200;ub=11;cr=123;crs=3;crv=0;gm=4;gb=1;wt=114:21:117:119:20:103:96:97:77;wtv=2.74:1.84:1.74:1.74:1.7:1.66:1.51:0.86:0.72
This next link is for rings only, and you will notice Loop of the Agile is on the list. I created this list by merely selecting from the top right columns Ring, Finger, and Epic and then selecting "Apply Filter"
http://www.wowhead.com/?items=4&filter=qu=4;sl=11;ty=-2;minle=200;ub=11;cr=123;crs=3;crv=0;gm=3;gb=1;wt=114:21:117:119:20:103:96:77;wtv=2.74:1.84:1.76:1.74:1.7:1.66:1.51:0.72
It's the same weightings exactly. Not even touched. But for some odd reason Loop of the Agile is on one list and not the other.
I then tried changing stat weightings and I found that without changing anything but arpen, Loop of the Agile is on the full list from the link provided by nightcrowler if you change arpen to anything, within reason, below 2.65. Going higher than that, and it disappears on the link provided by nightcrowler.
I'm normally on Firefox unless there's something I want to double check on IE. This was such an occasion, and I've gotten the same results with IE.
Maybe it's something stupid on my end, but I'd be curious if the results are the same for others.
