Gnome Paladin is where it's at. Smiley: nod

To give you a more serious answer--you need to share a little bit more about what you are looking for in a healing class. Priests have two talent trees than can heal well, but are limited to one caster tree for DPS and faster leveling. Druids only have one healing tree (and it is a tree), but can choose between tanking, melee DPS, and caster DPS for leveling and alternate roles. With either class, you can expect to wear a lot of cloth as you level (not too many caster leather pieces until later on), and you'll want to choose a DPS tree to level with rather than going for heals right away.

If you have access to heirloom gear and no clear idea of what you want, pick up a cloth chest and shoulders (and a staff if you can), and work on getting both classes up until you reach a point where you prefer one over the other.

Having both priest and druid, I have to say that I very much prefer the druid for PvE healing. It's just much more relaxed. Also, a druid is significantly easier and faster to level. Priests are ok at 50+ but you still end up having plenty of "holes" as you go, where the rank of your damaging spells just doesn't seem to match your level at all, making for some slow kills. Never had that problem with the druid, where everything seems to be very linear once you're past level 20.

The flexability of a druid cannot be overerstated. With the dual spec it's rad. I can pretty much do what I feel like. Soloing kitty, healing, tanking... whatever. Multiple mobs? No problem. Druid heals in the right hands own face. Buffs are good and the tree dance is pretty awesome.

Also trying to level a priest but it's been a real chore thus far... only at 26 and it goes so slow. Multiple mobs? Not so much. It seems like it's gonna take some dedication to level this one up to 80.
