Now I hit a hard one. I just got the Black Heart.
Do I replace my Furnace Stone or my Monarch Crab
I could put 41stam gem and the new 10def/15stam gem in other slot and still get the bonus too.
It basically comes down to 105 Dodge 100% of the time with bonus 5k Armor 16% of time, or 128 Stamina 100% of the time with 300 Dodge 16% of the time.
With Black Heart and Furnace stone I sit at 31264 HP, 544 Defense, 25.38% Dodge, 18.73% Parry, 16.62% Block with zero buffs.

I read something about the Librams here yesterday, I think it was on WoWhead, but don't quote me :)
If you look at the way they changed items that have a duration of additional black value, Libram of Obstruction is far greater than Libram of the Sacred Shield, because they just extended the duration, not effect. LoO now gives 352 block value for 10 seconds on a 10 second (or 8/9 with talents) CD, while LotSS gives 272 block value for 20 seconds on an 8 second CD. Both of which can have a 100% up time now, so it's only a matter of which gives the better benefit.
There was some hint that Blizzard is "aware of and unhappy with" the way this panned out, so it may change in the near future, but who knows. As of right now though I'd have to say that LoO is the one to use.
EDIT: forgot about the first question, lol. I'd say use Black Heart and Furnace Stone mostly, but you might wanna keep the Crab around depending on the fight mechanics.

I'd use the Black Heart and the Monarch Crab for fights where you would be gearing towards effective health. Main tanking heavy hitting bosses or bosses that do a combination of magic and physical damage are the type of fights where this is desirable. The Furnace stone is a really good trinket giving you roundabout 2.5% dodge making it great for an avoidance set for when you are tanking trash, heroics or Naxx.
Depending on what gloves you are using that might be another option over the Libram. I dont think its a huge upgrade over the EoH Libram but I guess neither are the EoC gloves over the T7.5 gloves.
Personally, I'd value the health from the crab + black heart way above that of the furnance stone assuming you're near the block cap without the stone. Even then it'd probably come down to the fight itself.
As for your libram question, keep libram of Obstruction. The conquest is currently garbage in comparison. It was better before 3.2 but until buffed, it's worse by a considerable margin.

Wow they buffed the old? I didn't notice, very awesome.
I did notice a small bug to it though. It ONLY seems to count if you Judgement BEFORE casting Holy Shield(which, you should never do). I had my sheet up to see how big a jump it gave.
If I Holy Shield I'm up to 46.62% block. Then I Judge and nothing happened. I then waited for HS to wear and used Judgement then Holy Shield and BOOM 76.62% block.
Any thoughts on that?
As for trinkets I went with crab because even without upgrading my 24stam gem to 51 and I have 32.6k hp with zero buffs. Very nice for lolheroics.
Keeping Stone for more physical fights though.

Both librams being discussed increase Block Value (the amount you block for), but not Black Rating (the chance you have to block) so what I suspect you saw was a Redoubt proc in the second trial (30%) as these librams won't alter your block chance at all.
