So I've been getting pretty geared and am starting to feel comfortable with dropping some of my mana regen talents for dps talents. I was wondering (since i'm not going to drop all of them), which ones are the least useful? It's pretty easy for me to calculate this out own my own between Dreamstate and Intensity, but omen of clarity is something that i don't know much about in terms of effective mana saved. Could some of you druid gurus help me out?

Giving up OOC is being a bad druid IMO.

Giving up Dreamstate and only keep 1 or two points in Moonglow and keep Intensity.

Alright, thanks Fewyn. I know what i'm dropping first now. However, for future reference, does anyone know the proc rate or average mana saved from OoC? Almost any information would do on it.

Also, on a semi-tangent, i'm sure many resto druids have noticed something about OoC (and probably love it just as much as i do). When you cast a lifebloom, while affected with OoC, it'll cast for free, but still return the mana after the bloom. Is this intended? I think it's either a bug or the tooltip needs some rewording (though i hope i still get free mana).

I love having OOC. I couldn't tell you proc rate though. For me lately it's been proc at the right times. I usually play a boomkin so for me, that a free Hurricane or Starfall which is nice cause each cost 1K mana and up. comes in handy for bad pulls.

No, it's intended. "Cost of the spell" just means whatever % of your base mana it would normally cost. Similarly, if you were under an effect that increased or reduced mana costs of your spells, it'd still bloom for the same.

I'm glad it works that way. Sometimes I get OoC procs at the end of a fight so I just lifebloom people to get free mana back. Cast 3 in a row that way when they kept proc'ing off of each other.

From best to worst.

OOC > Intensity > Dreamstate > Moonglow

If anything keep ooc and drop everything but 1 point in moonglow since its required to get into the third tier of the balance tree.
