Does anyone use this spell in there FFB,/FB rotations at all?
They shouldn't.
It should truly only be used:
1) if the mob is one spell away from dying and you can't get one to travel there first
2) you are moving
-- and you already have living bomb on the target
-- and you do not have an instant pyro available
--- exception: refer to 1

from my experience, the mana cost to damage ratio isnt as high as other spells. the only benefit is it is an instant cast.

I use it on a lot of fights for the exact reasons Anobix stated. I stand still as often as possible, but there are SO many situations where park and bark just doesn't work the entire time. First thing that comes to mind is Hodir and when you have to run around to the various mounds and buff locations. I'm tossing Fireblast out on the move anytime it's up.
