Getting somewhat close to 310% speed drake in 10 man, of the ones left Vezax worries me the most. I feel fail enough on regular, whats your strat on hard mode? We'll probably have a druid milking lifebloom for all it's worth and gaining mana, possibly disc priest bubbling from inside the shadow fissures. Whats my job here? Get carried basically?

10 or 25?

Remind me to read harder!

It's not terribly bad on 10 mang, three healers will be needed. How you split up healing is up to you but make sure you have 30-35% mana going into P2, also look to have under 10k overhealing. P1 is pretty slack, P2 I bubble sac, hand of sac, loh (divinity glyph works on that fight) and pray to the gods that we have the deeps to kill the add fast.

It is not terribly hard 10 man but its not all that easy either.

Sounds good. We tried it once tonight and it wasn't as hard as I imagined, but I didn't get a chance to read this yet. Phase 1 went good then our "off tank" was a DK in DPS gear and he dropped fast, but I probably could have thrown more heals at him and next week I think he'll wear tank gear. I also didn't anticipate the damage in phase 2 I should have hand of sac'd him. Do you want a real tank for that add or a plate wearer in DPS gear?

Also what spec do you run in Ulduar, still the 51/0/20 or do you spec into prot instead of ret for some of the buffs there? I've been looking at some of the top pallies in Ensidia, etc they seem to be 54/17/0

You shouldn`t need an off tank, we just have MT pick up both. Use a Bubble/sac, pain supression, hymn rotation. Tank should have cooldowns ready for it as well and be using them in conjunction with healer cd`s cause he will be taking a lot of damage. Heroism (or in your case Bloodlust) as it spawns to help.

The more I play on hardmodes 25 man the more I like 51/20/0 though I do have a 51/0/20 build that I use depending on the boss (I pve too much when I have 2 pve holy specs). What are the extra three points they are taking in holy, blessed hands and aura mastery.

If you watch Drama`s video of their 25 man kill its a really good example of how range should spread out, basically a semi loose clump ready to Q or E strafe out of shadow crash, and then move right in on it. A healer on either side close by, so if it comes from them the casters don`t have to run half a zone to dps. For this fight to work you raid shouldn`t be taking much splash damage at all.

I'll definatley have my 4pc by the next time I try it next week so I'll try 51/20/0 for a whole 10 man hard mode run and see how I like it. I realize most paladins were using this, I just found a few examples of 54/17/0 but didnt really look at their talents, now that I did they take things like improved concentration aura so my best guess is some mediocre attempt at a PVP/PVE spec since I don't see how that's useful in strictly PVE unless algalon has interupts or something (idk).

I'll suggest the main tank thing, instead of losing a DPS to a tanking role we should have this one pretty easy. We had more troubles with Freya+3 and Mimiron, we almost 1 shotted Vezax I was a bit surprised how easy it was until the add came out, and we still had bloodlust ready to go so that should go down easy. Got a few more little achievements to cleanup, we missed Ignis by 1 second and need a few more dwarves on Razor, but after those it's just freya, mimiron, vezax and yogg for 310% drake..wtb.

It really helps to have an enhance shaman on that fight.

Just have the enhance decked out in resto gear with the exception of using two 1-handers. The shaman will heal most of p1, gaining mana back using shamanistic rage, with the occasional heal from the other 2 healers. You should have most of your mana going into p2. And like what bodhi said, bubble/sac, hand of sac and lay on hands and you should be fine. It's actually really easy with that setup.
