Well lets see here :)
As for Feral vs Boomkin, feral will level faster, but boomkin can share armor with the resto. With feral/resto you'd be building 2 sets of gear, which could be a bit of a pain.
There's a lot of great info in the "Read Me: Druid 202" to get you prepped for the different roles. ;)
I honestly leveled as a DS/resto hybrid till about 73 then switched to a full resto build and PuG'd instances to reach 80, so there's probably little I could help you with in those other trees (bleh, bad pun. Told ya I'd been resto too long...). So I'll leave that advise for those more experienced then me to give :)
As for resto, here's my current build:

There's a lot of options for resto-druid builds at end-game, depending on what you are called on to do in your group; so you'll really want to check out some other builds as well, and experiment to see what works well for you.
I'd recommend the Healing Touch glyph & talents before you hit 80 and get Nourish. Other than that what resto-glyphs you get are mainly dependent on your role in a group, and play style. To do a quick summary of some of the resto glyphs:
Healing Touch: mainly used to level, end-game usefulness is diminished and hotly debated
Swiftmend: Great glyph if you use swiftmend frequently.
Wild Growth: One of the few you'll see in almost all raid-healing builds.
Nourish: Great for tank healing.
Rejuvenation: Can be good for getting people out of the danger zone faster, very useful on some fights, not so good at other times.
Regrowth: Not used as much since 3.1, still ok if you cast the spell a lot.
Innverate: Nice if you find yourself frequently short on mana.
Rebirth: Great boost to the spell, can save people from rebirth-redeath syndrome. Unfortunately you will only make use of the glyph every 20min at most.
For resto: spellpower & spirit are two stats you'll see yourself wanting. The "What's needed to raid?" thread that started just before this one will give you a good idea of which stats you will find yourself looking for.
Best of luck to ya!
