Like I said... That isn't what got me to 2k.
By your logic, once you hit 2350(and thus no more items to gain) you should then be able to hit 3k because everyone's gear will be the same and there won't be this gear gap "holding you back".
I await to see how I'm clearly wrong
With the gear I have right now, a simple dagger upgrade like that would get me to 1850. Mutilate is the major major portion of your burst, if that burst is damaged because of a crappy damage dagger, you're going to suffer for it. I watch video's of Rogues critting tree's with regular melee attacks for 1000-1200+, my melee attacks crit for 800~, and if I armory said players their attack is *LESS* then mine is. It's because their dagger has a much higher base damage. Really though, try it. Go to a target dummy with a good dagger, mutilate 50+ times. Look at recount. Switch to Fleshshaper or other crappy dagger, do it 50 times, look at recount. The damage is roughly 7-12% different. I've tested this with Fleshshaper and the Hodir weapon, which is a closer gap then Fleshshaper and Twilight Mist. You have to think that using Mutilate several several times during an arena, even if it's only 3 times, that's still 21%-36% more burst through mutilate then I would've had prior.
And, when everyones gear is the same, then it IS about skill, comp setup, and lolRNG. But really, being 1754 and facing off against 1820+ teams that already have their furious weapons and most of their furious gear, against me and my partner? It's clear who has the advantage. Horrible analogy. Take Basketball. Someone stands at the 3-point line, and someone else stands at foul line. Each person has to shoot the ball 50 times. Whoever makes it the most wins. Skill can make up for the disadvantage, but in the end it's still a disadvantage.

Is this what you were calling rude? If so, HAHAHA. If you think that is rude, I would love to know where you live, because that isn't rude at all. I didn't call you a name or anything. All I said was that you think you're equally skilled as Teddy, but can't provide proof.
Going back to your statement regarding respected people of the rogue forums getting away with whatever. I'm not sure if I would consider myself one of those people, but that original post was rated down to decent. Therefore, if you were referring to me in that statement, something was done to me.
Although I don't give a damn, but it is the only real thing people in this community can do to each other. Well scholars and above
I never claimed to be equally skilled as Teddy. He is probably better then I am, but I really doubt the threshold is that big.
In regards to your post being rude, I suppose it wasn't. It just seemed clear that you felt Teddy was some god-like Rogue figure and unless you have a comparable arena rating it's "GG dumbass".
If I can hit 1850 I can assure I can breach 2k this season.
In regards to all the real-life comments, I have told people much bigger then me things far more rude then ****-sucker. They make threats and all, but nothings actually happened yet. I'm passive for the most part, but if someone pushes me I do indeed speak out.

Not really. I can 100>0 a warlock w/ an ambush crit, mutilate, KS, muti muit evis with some decent crits and some lucky energy regen. Your close minded approach hurts you more than your gear.
I was talking about 100>0ing someone during a
stunlock. And honestly, if someone really lets you Ambush them then mutilate them, before you get shadow furied or death coiled, they suck really bad. If you're opening with Cheap Shot, then Vanish -> Ambushing, that's 100 energy gone and you're not going to be mutilating twice.

Now, these people didn't have all this gear the first time they did it. They started with roughly the same. They are just doing better and are more skilled than yours. How else could one group of people be failing to achieve the same progress as another group? No hacks either, btw.
That's a very good point. But as i've said, I have cleared Grobbulus in Naxx25 roughly 4 or 5 times now, and I have never seen Twilight Mist drop. I usually run Naxx on my DK and let my Rogue in for Grobbulus. Anyway...
I started the season later then you did. I was going to make DK my main, and about two weeks into the season I decided against it. I didn't start Arena until early June. That was five weeks after the season was released. You, yourself have said that you started at the START of the season, that is when many people were in similar hateful gear and didn't have furious weapons and didn't even have a chance to get furious gear at the same rating. To further my point, you started the arena season with a decent dagger, PLUS you were facing people who didn't have a chance to get furious weapons or gear yet. I started 5 weeks into the season with a crappy dagger, with people ranked as low as 1700 with Furious Weapons.
It's a disadvantage.
