Repair during DK questing :: EverQuest II

I apologize in advance, this is a totally newb DK question, but I just finished the quest where you fly the bone wyvern thingy and you have to destroy 10 Ballista and 150 troops (Sorry dont remember the name of the quest).

I totally sucked at this quest and I died a bunch of times, now, I'm stuck with all red equipment because I can't seem to find anywhere to repair it. The old 'town' where the Lich King is standing (where i got my repairs before) now is essentially empty (I looked there first).

Does anyone have any input on where to get my equipment repaired? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Well, there are ordinarily NPCs in Acherus that can repair, but I don't know if they are there during this phase... If that doesn't work, head towards light's hope chapel for the next quest. Your gear won't matter here (you get IMMENSE buffs for this event and there isn't any requirement other than to witness it).

There may be someone there that can repair (you have to wait, like, 5 minutes for the event to start when you get there unless someone else already started it).

After that, there is an event to do in Acherus. There SHOULD be someone there during this phase for you to repair.

There is a NPC in Ebon Hold that will repair. some ghoul looking guy on the bottom lvl by the anvils.
