I'm pretty sure you forgot to lock TMW in place. ;)

I will go back and double check, I was certain I had.

And i tried faceshooter, it's a nice addon that keeps things like shots coming off cooldown in mind but it only shows you what to shoot next and nothing else so it doesn't help you learn your rotation at all.

Well, I'm familiar with the rotation, have my hotbuttons all in a row from first to last priority, etc, so the heads-up on what is coming off cooldown is basically all I'm after. My understanding was the FaceShooter does follow the basic prioritization scheme that has been established as providing maximum DPS, but maybe I missed something.

That's what it does and it keeps things like waiting 0.5 seconds for ExS etc in mind.
but because it only shows you that one thing it's not helpful to teach you hot to do your shotrotation.

And I still did 100 more dps without it than with it in 3x from 100 to 0% mana for both.

So lastnight i figured it was time to try out the "Tellmewhen" add-on to see if it would boost my dps at all. At lvl 75, I was pushing out on average 1100 dps running through an instance. My char

Anyways, I was invited to tag along on a Old Kingdom run and figured this was a great opportunity to give the new add-on a try. The add-on setup instructions were perfect and easy to follow. In the end, when our instance run was complete, my over all dps increased to 1300. That extra 200 dps was just enough to place me as top dps for this run.

So I just wanted to say thanks for writing up the instructions on this great add-on and keep up the great work.

Wait till you get the cooldowns engraved in your muscle memory, you won't need the addon anymore and your dps will be higher.

Personally, my dps is 100-200 higher if I just do what I normally do (without addons or even a visible cooldown for ExS and Aimed) than with an addon.

I have tried a couple of addons, yesterday I tried out Faceshooter, I think I will stick with that, it works really good and is very simple, have to get used to it a bit more, but I really like it.

Ugh, that stupid gun from VH wont drop. I've run the instance 10 times already with no luck. I think I'll just have to make that mark "S" boomstick. "Shop Smart..Shop S-Mart"

I don't want to play my hunter like I heal, watching bars, not the fight.

I guess when this happens you can watch the fight all you want.

Don't forget about your pet. They seem to get into trouble if you don't keep a close eye on them.
