I am an old horde druid that played just into the WotLK relase. I dropped and decided to reroll a NE hunter with some friends. I have no intention of doing more than BG's and solo lvling. What is a good BG spec? I dont care what tree or even what pet jsut asking for advice.

You're not 80 yet right? In that case use whatever spec you want. Look for CC talents or burst talents and go there. There's lots of good info in the sticky about these, so I suggest you check it out.

This is just my opinion, but if you are only looking to do BG's I don't think you need to go with the PvP SV build. I would probably run BM for soloing and BG's. The reason behind my saying this is that from my experiences in BG's, there is less precision CC and more AoE/DPS spam/Fear Spam etc. Having BW on the shortened CD is nice to break fear and other immobilizing effects. For CC you will still have your trap and intimidation. If you really felt the need you could also spec into aimed shot for the MS debuff or Scatter for another CC effect- but I am not sure you really need those.
Go with a crab pet for the pin.

Just my 2 cents.
