What happened to Sheath of Light and Flash of Light?Follow

Hello all.

I logged onto my Paladin alt to redo the talent tree points since Blizzard reset them and I noticed two things that I am not sure are they same as they were before...

Sheath of Light use to proc and heal me while in battle, but I do not remember if it was after I casted a healing spell on me or not. I thought it would just trigger after being critted or I crit (melee). Was this changed or has it always (pre-3.1) been that it has only proced on healing spells?

Also... Flash of Light use to be instant after I did something (I can't remember what that something was). Does that "something" still activate the Flash of Light to be instant?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just found about Art of War first hand... I even had it picked in the Ret tree and I guess I was putting the points back in so fast I didnt realize what it actually did... that I just had it before the reset...


I guess the Sheath of Light proc that I was seeing pre-3.1 was probably from me procing Art of War then getting a crit with Flash of Light, or just using Holy Light.

Except that the instant FoL's no longer reset your swing timer as of 3.1
