I've been lucky enough to get my paws on Heart of Iron and now i wonder what would be the best choice of trinket to go with it.
I already have Defender's Code wich is the one I'm using as my 2nd trinket at the moment.
After getting savage defence i find it hard to measure defensive values on gear. My rawr tells me that Wrathstone is better than any of my two trinkets, which i find hard to believe. (That and no guild would let me roll on it for tanking :P)
The main competitors I have been looking at is the Valor Medal of the First War wich would be very easy to get and Darkmoon Card: Greatness. The greatness one is pretty damn expensive, but could on the other hand sub as dps trinket as well.

Greatness clearly beats Valor Medal. It's already slightly more dodge passive, with the gap increasing even more once you figure in BoK. That's besides the added crit chance and thus more chances to proc Savage Defense.
Valor Medal has slightly more dodge on use, but Greatness will not only proc TWICE during the 2 minute CD of Valor Medal, it also pulls ahead once you figure in BoK and Imp MoTW.

I really like my Greatness (agi) and Defender's code as trinkets.
Iron and Greatness as default.
Change based on encounter.
Carry around all of them.
Profit.

I have heart of iron, defender's code and essence of gossamer + enough badges for valor medal.
Nice, its always good to have a few different trinkets.
I want a Defenders Code. I would swap it in for hard hitting physical damage bosses.
Same goes for dodge trinks.
HP trinkets for magic damage.
I need coffee. I can usually sound not as dumb.
