Depends on your weapon, and how much cash you are willing to dole out. Berserking is still best from what I've read, but it's a lot more expensive. What lvl/weapon are you considering?

I prefer Mongoose to berserking just because it gives ap and crit which is awesome for mutilate builds and also for grinding and pvp it helps with added dodge and armor when it procs.

Mongoose is a good "budget" enchant these days, it's pretty cheap and still effective. Berserking is the hands down best enchant Rogues can get at the moment. If you can afford Berserking you might as well get it (just make sure you're putting it on something you don't plan to replace any time soon).

I use Berserking on Sinister Revenge and Mongoose on Murder.
