I think you should be on the right track, and again, talents are based more on what you are used to doing for PvP. Everyone has their own view of the best, and while some people say the cookie cutter builds are best, how do you choose to play your toon is often more important for what talents you grab. For PvP glyphs in Shadow spec I would recommend the following:
Major: (I would dump all of your major glyphs besides maybe dispersion. Based on my recommendations, Fade has limited utility to you now, Inner Fire, the armor increase helps a wee bit, but does not help in damage and you have to be able to kill quickly, so my recommendations are below. Pending on how you play, sub Shield for dispersion...)
Shadow: increase your damage by 10% of your spirit after a critical. Anything to increase burst damage is important, and as a priest, this should give you an easy 50+ spell power. In pvp, if one on one, pop inner focus and then mind blast for a hopeful crit. Then your next few spells receive the bonus effect.
SW Pain: Increse damage of your mind flay when SW P is up and running. Combine this with the talent to renew SWP and it makes a ton of sense to use this glyph at all times whether PvP or PvE.
Shield: As I stated, a nice 1k + heal is a heal you normally do not get in Shadowform. Ideally, if you are the aggressor, you can pop a shield to begin your cooldown, attack, and by the time your shield drops, you get the benefit of the heal and the shield. Combine this with the timely use of dispersion, and you will be very successful in 1 vs 1 PvP.
Minor:
I think you are on the right path just for the sake of utility. Plus, I have one several fights by jumping off cliffs and waiting halfway before popping levitate. Make others think that if I jumped that they can do. Nothing like watching them splat while you float. Shadowfiend, not real helpful in PvP, but again for PvE it is useful. Fade is good, especially if you dump your threat talents as described in my previous post.
