I normally solo, grouping for the odd quest, and occasional instances. I haven't raided, and not sure if I will.
When I equip I choose Stam/Int/Sp/Crit.
With the degradation of mana regen, should I neccessarily be abandoning Stam in favour of Spirit, or should I still stick with Stam, and buy Spirit enchants?

At what level are we talkng about here? I would never, ever, gear for spirit on purpose. It just so happens that we get more of it now from gear whether we want it or not.

I don't see anything wrong with your gear from what you are doing, granted I would have thought you would have a better trinket than the philospher's stone by now though.
Not quite a baby though :p
